BriQ Properties REIC received a license (757/31.05.2016) by the Greek Exchange Commission to operate as an independent real estate investment company. Its operation is governed by the provisions of Law 2778/1999, Law 4209/2013 and Law No. 2190/1920, as well as by regulatory decisions and circulars of the Capital Market Commission and the Ministry of Finance.

BriQ Properties REIC aims to be a vertically integrated, Greek-focused commercial real estate company that owns and actively manages commercial real estate, applying best in-class strategies.

Our competitive placement is as a non-banking-related, flexible REIC with highly respected majority shareholders that is enjoying secured rental income streams.

BriQ Properties REIC is supervised and controlled by the Capital Market Commission regarding its obligations as REIC as well as regarding compliance with Capital Market legislation and corporate governance rules and, further, it is supervised by the competent Region of Attica with regard to compliance with L. 2190/1920 and from the Athens Stock Exchange.

The headquarters of Company are on 25th Alexandrou Pantou Street, 176 71 Kallithea, Attica.

The shares of BriQ Properties REIC have been traded on the Athens Stock Exchange since July 31, 2017 (ticker: ΜΠΡΙΚ).
